By downloading, installing, or using the BrahmaWake mobile application or visiting our website (brahmawake.konsa.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Purpose & Disclaimer
BrahmaWake is designed as an astronomical calculator, circadian awakening companion, and spiritual habit tracker based on ancient Vedic astronomical algorithms and NOAA solar zenith mathematics.
While we strive for mathematical and astronomical precision, calculations are provided for informational and spiritual lifestyle purposes. Users are advised to configure adequate fallback wake-up measures for critical personal or professional appointments.
3. Intellectual Property
All application software, algorithms, 432 Hz synthesized audio soundscapes, UI vector artwork, and branding are the intellectual property of Konsa Net Apps. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the application at any time without prior notice. These terms remain effective until terminated by either party.
