At Konsa Net Apps, we believe that your spiritual discipline, meditation routines, and sleep patterns are deeply personal and sacred. BrahmaWake is designed from the ground up as an offline-first, zero-tracking, and privacy-preserving application.

We do not collect, sell, lease, or monetize your personal information. We do not maintain user accounts, cloud tracking databases, or third-party behavioral profiling SDKs.

2. Information We Access & How It Is Used

BrahmaWake requires minimal device permissions strictly to perform its core astronomical and alarm functionality:

• Location Data (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION):
  Used exclusively on-device to retrieve your latitude and longitude. These coordinates are fed directly into local NOAA mathematical solar ephemeris algorithms to compute your true local sunrise, sunset, and 30-Muhurta night divisions. Your location data is never saved to remote servers or transmitted over the internet.
• Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM & USE_EXACT_ALARM):
  Used strictly to schedule reliable wake-up alarms at the exact calculated Brahma Muhurat or custom offset times, ensuring notifications ring reliably even in Android Doze mode.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS):
  Used solely to present alarm alerts, pre-dawn countdown timers, and wake-up notifications on your device.
• Audio & Volume Control:
  Used locally to play the synthesized 432 Hz Solfeggio soundscapes and manage the gentle 30-second volume fade-in ramp.

3. Third-Party Analytics, Advertising & SDKs

BrahmaWake contains ZERO third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, or Meta Audience Network) and ZERO behavioral tracking analytics SDKs. We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers (AAID/IDFA), or cross-app tracking mechanisms.

4. Local Data Storage & Habit Streaks

All application preferences, selected alarm audio tracks, custom offset timings, and your 40-Day Awakening Streak records are stored strictly on your local device using Android `SharedPreferences`. Clearing the application storage or uninstalling the app permanently deletes this local data.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

BrahmaWake is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). Because no personal data is collected from any user, BrahmaWake complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
